I recognize it's my job to try to communicate everything about me that might be useful for you to know about me. So, without further ado:
I like making software, especially with Clojure. I've given talks on it and you can find me on YouTube.
I like neuromarketing. I'm quite obsessed with trying to understand why we buy the things we buy.
I'm originally from Northern California, but currently live in Tokyo. I also feel at home in Berlin, where I spent seven years and plan on returning to later this year, and have also lived in Indiana, Oregon and Seoul for school.
As I'm currently a full-time parent living abroad, time is relatively hard to come by, which hopefully means I have more time to think about what I'll do with this page.
